We are seeking an experienced HVAC Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting custom HVAC solutions to commercial and industrial clients in the Sudbury Ontario area.

 

About the Job:

  • Sales Territory: Sudbury Ontario and surrounding areas
  • Average Order Value: $150K - $300K
  • Sales Cycle: 3 to 9 months
  • Job Type: Outside Sales with some office time required during training period

 

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Account Management: 25% for the first year
  • New Business Development: 60% for the first year
  • Preparing Quotations and RFPs: 15%

 

About You:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Inside or Outside Sales
  • 2+ years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry or technical engineering sales
  • Mechanical Engineering degree is highly preferred
  • Ability to travel to the USA for tradeshows/training may be required

  • Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
  • Uncapped Commissions: With the potential to earn over $200,000 in the first year and $300,000 in the second year
