Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Sechelt Saffron Restaurant Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our customers.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, and reliable.
Our restaurant operates 40 hours per week, and the successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
