About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Sechelt Saffron Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures

Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.

Ensure Health and Safety Compliance

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including food safety, sanitation, and employee safety protocols.

Address Customer Concerns

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Provide Excellent Customer Service

Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including greeting, seating, and serving, to create a positive dining experience.

Plan and Organize Daily Operations
