Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Little Beetle. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, including cost control and financial reporting.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menu plans to drive sales and profitability, including menu engineering and pricing strategies.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplies and ingredients.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
