Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Sechelt Saffron Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrate accuracy, client focus, flexibility, organization, and reliability in your work.
- Experience: Possess 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in restaurant operations.
This is a permanent position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
