Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, including work schedules and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and the ability to work under pressure is essential. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk.

Language:

The language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

30 to 40 hours per week.
