You will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supply requirements, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. Responsibilities:

* Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff

* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
