Building Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Perfect Janitorial Services. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our apartment/condominium complex.
Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt; empty trash cans and other waste containers; wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
- Minor Repairs: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems; contact tradespersons for major repairs.
- Groundskeeping: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens; clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
- Security and Safety: Perform a criminal record check; work with minimal supervision; clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- English language proficiency
- 30 hours per week
