Supervisor, Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Kleenway Building Maintenance Services Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning and maintenance staff, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of our cleaning and maintenance staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance projects.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff as needed.
- Coordinate Work Activities: Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain Inspection Records: Maintain accurate records of inspections and complete inspection reports as required.
- Janitors, Caretakers, and Building Superintendents: Supervise a team of 11-15 janitors, caretakers, and building superintendents.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Work Under Pressure: Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure that facilities are clean and safe.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks as part of daily operations.
