Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Kleenway Building Maintenance Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our maintenance team, ensuring that our facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for maintenance projects.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and uniform required.
