Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at AXE IT CONSULTING INC. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Provide business systems, network, and internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Provide customer service and ensure a high level of user satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
