Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Team Coordinator to join our team. As an Executive Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
