Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply ordering.
  • Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
  • Supervise staff and address any disciplinary issues promptly and fairly.
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for promotions or training.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Leading/instructing individuals to achieve business objectives.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • An Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and point-of-sale systems.
