Executive Chef and Restaurant Operations Manager

About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume restaurants, with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and supervise a large team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply ordering.
- Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
- Supervise staff and address any disciplinary issues promptly and fairly.
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for promotions or training.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Leading/instructing individuals to achieve business objectives.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- An Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and point-of-sale systems.
