We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at S1 FOOD SERVICE INC.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Chef Management: Supervise kitchen staff, train new employees, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Menu Planning and Preparation: Plan and prepare menus, manage inventory, and order supplies as needed.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and served safely, meeting health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent position.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
