Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at C. Erickson Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire and train food service staff to meet the needs of our customers.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
