Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team at High Grade IT Solutions Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, sales, and business development.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth. As a Sales and Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns to promote our products and services, as well as analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform our sales strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Develop and manage budgets to optimize marketing ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve marketing and sales efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a consulting or agency setting.
  • Skills: Proven track record of success in marketing and sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
