Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Harvest Baptist Church.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various events, appointments, and administrative tasks. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Manage telephone inquiries, relay messages, and respond to electronic communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Procure office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Establish and maintain accurate manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring easy access to relevant information.
  • Type, proofread, and distribute correspondence, forms, and other documents as needed.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in a church or non-profit setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent language skills in English and a strong understanding of the church's values and mission.

Estimated Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, based on the location and industry standards.
