Key Responsibilities:
- Assign Sales Team Members: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
- Order Inventory: Source and purchase merchandise that meets our quality standards and aligns with customer demand.
- Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and minimize waste.
- Sales and Service: Engage with customers, respond to their needs, and offer personalized advice on product selection and usage.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Secondary Education: High school graduation certificate or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
