Puri & Associates Inc. is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in a permanent capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high levels of productivity.
Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we also provide opportunities for career growth and professional development.
Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the management team with tasks such as:
- Preparing and distributing meeting minutes, reports, and other documents
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Answering phone calls, emails, and responding to queries
- Compiling data and statistics for decision-making purposes
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
