Business Development Specialist for Sales and Customer Support

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our sales team at Snappy Wireless. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer support.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate costs of installing equipment and provide customers with accurate quotes
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Promote sales to existing clients through targeted marketing campaigns and one-on-one interactions
  • Identify and solicit potential clients to expand our customer base
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend tailored solutions and services
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations that showcase our products and services
  • Conduct sales transactions efficiently and effectively
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sale, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • A green job that involves duties leading to positive environmental outcomes
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 36 hours of work per week
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
