Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide top-notch support to our clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients in a timely manner.
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Greet clients and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to optimize data retrieval and storage.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents accurately and efficiently.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Organized, accurate, and flexible with a strong attention to detail.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
- Permanent full-time position with 40 hours of work per week.
