About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Director to join our team at Varicent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in furthering our go-to-market initiatives and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to support product launches and drive sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling product positioning and messaging
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and segment the market
  • Lead the development of product marketing plans and campaigns to drive awareness and engagement
  • Work closely with sales teams to enable them to effectively position and sell our products
  • Provide thought leadership and innovative ideas in the Sales Performance Management space
Requirements
  • 10+ years of B2B technology experience, preferably in the sales performance management space
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product marketing roles
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret disparate datasets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams
