About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technical Product Manager to join our team in Mexico, LATAM, and globally. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying new customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with product management teams to define creative vision, product requirements, user experience, and cross-team integration for retail operations.
  • Lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying new customer experiences.
  • Uphold a high bar in operational excellence and quality.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
  • 7+ years of engineering experience.
  • 7+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services experience.
  • Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
  • Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
  • Experience designing or architecting systems for reliability and scaling.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $171,400/year up to $286,200/year based on your skills, knowledge, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, you may also receive equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
