About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead our Payment Products team at Amazon. As a TPM, you will be responsible for defining strategy and requirements, leading projects through operations, design, and delivery. You will work closely with businesses across Amazon, the product management team, the credit development team, and key software development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define strategy and requirements for payment products
  • Lead projects through operations, design, and delivery
  • Work closely with businesses across Amazon and software development teams
  • Communicate effectively with both business and technical partners

About the Team

Amazon Payment Products (APP) serves tens of millions of customers worldwide through a global portfolio of products, including Co-brand Credit Cards, Private Label Credit Cards, and Installments (Buy Now, Pay Later). We are committed to innovating on behalf of customers and launching new payment and financial services products, features, and programs worldwide.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience with agile or other program management methodologies
