Job Title: Commercial Lines IBU Broker

At Drayden Insurance Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines IBU Broker to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in growing our small business client base through exceptional customer service, account development, and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with their daily insurance needs, providing quotes and selling new policies to clients.
  • Upsell products and services to new and existing clients, generating client referrals through community involvement and events.
  • Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters and make timely renewal calls for existing client business.
  • Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers.
  • Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to deliver an outstanding client experience using expert knowledge and sales skills.
  • General Level 1 or 2 insurance license.
  • 2+ years of industry experience, with Epic experience considered an asset.
