Pathfind is seeking a skilled Commercial Lines Insurance Broker to join its team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch insurance advice to Alberta businesses, protecting their needs and livelihood.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional insurance solutions to commercial clients, ensuring their business and personal interests are protected.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance advice.
- Utilize your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to navigate complex insurance scenarios and find creative solutions.
Requirements:
- Hold a Level 1 Insurance License, with Level 2 preferred.
- Prior experience in commercial insurance, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrate an empathetic approach to client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Be passionate about learning about different businesses and industries, with a willingness to adapt to new challenges.
- Effectively communicate insurance coverages and policies to clients, ensuring they understand their options.
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment, with a strong focus on cooperation and engagement.
- Experience with Applied Systems (Epic) software is an asset.
