Job Title: Commercial Lines IBU Broker

At Drayden Insurance Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Lines IBU Broker to join our team. As a Commercial Lines IBU Broker, you will be responsible for growing our organization's small business client base through focused customer service, account development, and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology
  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients
  • Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients
  • Generate client referrals through community involvement and events
  • Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters
  • Make timely renewal calls for existing client business
  • Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationship with insurance providers
  • Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education
  • Extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs, and payment plans
  • Providing advice to clients on insurance matters, products, and coverage's
  • Resolving client concerns
  • Developing existing client accounts
  • Meeting sales and service goals
Qualifications:
  • Ability to deliver an outstanding client experience using expert knowledge and sales skills
  • Has obtained a General Level 1 or 2 insurance license
  • 2+ years of industry experience
  • Epic experience is considered an asset
