With a strong track record of growth over the past 9 years, we're now looking for a Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for defining comprehensive recruitment strategies and objectives across all audience segments.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment plans to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to manage interviewing processes and provide exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Nurture a strong pipeline of potential candidates through various channels, including networking events and applicant tracking systems.
  • Participate in role development for new roles, supporting job descriptions, performance metrics, and organizational alignment.
  • Research and attend networking events to expand our network and brand exposure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in senior recruitment roles with a strong track record of hiring professional-level positions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in talent sourcing, online platform marketing, direct head hunting, and team networking.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to travel for team events and work in Canada, preferably in Greater Vancouver, Vancouver Island, or Calgary.
