About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Nutreco, you will play a key role in driving our Talent Acquisition strategy, aligning it with our overarching business goals. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager NA, your role will be instrumental in building strong partnerships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and the wider HR team, ensuring that our talent strategies are fully integrated with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage deep knowledge of our business drivers, global recruitment goals, and industry trends to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand and anticipate recruitment needs, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the process.
  • Champion collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams, resulting in streamlined recruitment processes and improved outcomes.
  • Lead and/or contribute to TA improvement projects, driving innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness within the talent acquisition function.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing and implementing (after approval) recruitment improvements.
  • May perform duties in the areas of technical support, design and analysis, and can be called upon to make recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10+ years of relevant experience as a Corporate Recruiter and/or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other key stakeholders from various levels.
  • Proficiency in data-driven talent approaches, utilizing metrics and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in other relevant languages is a plus.
