Overview
Arc'teryx is a leader in the outdoor industry, committed to creating innovative products and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a talented Data Strategist for Talent Development to join our team.

Salary
The salary for this role is $146,000 - $182,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Description
In this key role, you will lead the development of data-driven strategies to support talent acquisition, talent management, and business partnerships. You will work closely with our People Operations, Total Rewards, and People Analytics team to design and implement data solutions that drive business value and improve employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a long-term people analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead a team of systems and analytics professionals to produce actionable insights and deliver reporting solutions
• Foster a data-driven culture across the organization and advocate for data-informed decision making
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and predictive models to inform leadership decisions and monitor the success of people initiatives
• Oversee enhancements within our HRIS platform (Workday) and integrate additional people systems and technologies to improve data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Identify and implement emerging, best-in-class HR technologies to enhance data management and streamline system integration

Requirements
• 7-10 years of data analytics experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within HR in retail or a similar industry
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field (Data Science, Psychology, HR, Business) or equivalent experience
• Strong background in HRIS, preferably with Workday
• High execution focus with a proven track record of delivery
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data sets to generate insights and provide actionable recommendations to all levels of stakeholders
• Open and approachable with a customer-service mentality, always striving to do what is best for Arc'teryx and our people
