About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Human Resources Team at BFL CANADA.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager in supporting the talent acquisition cycle. Your primary duties will include coordinating the recruitment cycle for all roles, sourcing and pre-screening candidates, drafting offer letters, and leading the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment cycle for all roles, including posting, sourcing, and pre-screening candidates.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create meaningful and attractive job descriptions.
  • Promote the company's Employee Referral Program and create new ways to engage employees.
  • Work to improve the overall execution of the candidate experience and participate in positioning BFL CANADA as a top employer.
  • Leverage social media sites to proactively source and vet candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate the creation of materials for career fairs, conferences, and networking events.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events to network with industry professionals.
  • Recommend new and innovative means of sourcing top candidates.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline, specifically for targeted high-demand roles.
  • Improve processes within the Talent Acquisition team and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting for a variety of positions in a professional services environment.
  • Experience utilizing social media platforms as a sourcing technique.
  • Organizational skills, including priority and time management.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Strong ability to ensure confidentiality at all levels.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Extremely motivated with exceptional team player qualities.

What We Offer

BFL CANADA offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $70,000, annual salary will be determined by factors including prior experience, location, business segment, and relevance of the candidate's skills to the role.
