Job Description

This is a key position within our Commercial Lending team, responsible for facilitating understanding between technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in process modeling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex business processes and system flows to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.
  • Foster collaboration between stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on solutions.
  • Support testing and validation of software features to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Craft and deliver communications to facilitate change management.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst with progressively more challenging responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting findings and eliciting requirements.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies and process modeling techniques, including BPMN.
