Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with lawyers and insurance consultants on new transactions.
- Communicate with lawyers regarding discharges, amendments, and collecting funding conditions.
- Assist with the review of commitment letters, amendments, and renewals.
- Prepare mortgage documents for various lending partners.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize between multiple competing commitments and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Law Clerk, Legal Studies, or Paralegal Studies.
- Mortgage agent license with FSRA required.
