Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Coordinator to join our team. As a Contract Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the execution and completion of projects in terms of maintaining timelines, customer satisfaction, costs, and are assigned by the region. You will be the primary point of contact for Rockwell Automation's customers for CSM Projects and Support Contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects (> 100k) and ensure timely completion.
  • Regularly provide updates to customers on project status and create updates as required by customer per project.
  • Lead face-to-face meetings for large (> 100k) contracts (kick-off and close-out at minimum).
  • Work closely with Territory Service Managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success.
  • Manage Contractual activities to ensure timely completion (i.e. Preventative Maintenance).
  • Regularly update QuickBase with tasks, cost, margin, forecasted completion dates.
  • Ensure project/contract cash flow is followed per proposal (i.e. timely invoicing and payment).
  • Demonstrate commercial skills in fulfilling customer requirements.
  • Quickly react and respond to urgent customer needs, ensuring open communication and timely responses.
  • Plan/prepares resources to be able to meet customer demands. Balancing workload across projects is key.
  • Identify, predict, and minimize technical, contractual, and financial risks and effectively plan for the project/contract lifecycle.
  • Prepare regional projects revenue forecast and update monthly projections.
  • Maintenance and storage of Project/Contract documentation as required by RA policy.
  • Identify and lead process improvement projects.
  • Ensure project/contract teams follow proper safety procedures per RA and customer policy.
