We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at DIGNITY FINANCIAL LIMITED. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity and workload
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database software
Working Conditions
