- Teamwork and Adaptability: Demonstrate ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
- Assists with immediate transition needs of Veterans (e.g., relocation, housing, etc.).
- Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
