Sales Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at CoStar Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and provide exceptional customer service.
- Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales revenue and expand our client base.
- Teamwork - Collaborate with colleagues across the CoStar Group team to drive sales revenue and achieve business objectives.
- Industry Acumen - Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Customer Focus - Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication and sharing market insights to build strong client relationships.
- Technical Skills - Proficient in using CRM systems, Excel, and other business tools to manage client relationships and drive sales revenue.
Requirements
- Education - Bachelor's degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College.
- Experience - A minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions.
- Skills - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in an environment that emphasizes customer experience, ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on market data, and ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations in a high-growth company.
