Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly organized and strategic Executive Assistant to the CEO & Founder who will play a crucial role in optimizing executive operations and elevating the CEO's brand presence. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—it involves strategic PR management, executive communications, and brand-building efforts that align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Executive Support:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential communications with discretion and professionalism.
- Oversee special projects and initiatives that support the CEO's strategic vision.
- Attend key meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
Public Relations & Brand Management:
- Identify and coordinate PR opportunities such as speaking engagements, interviews, media features, and industry panels for the CEO.
- Work closely with internal and external PR teams to craft and maintain the CEO's professional and personal brand narrative.
- Draft press releases, statements, and social media content as needed.
- Enhance and manage the CEO's social media presence and engagement, aligning with our brand.
- BUILD AND NURTURE RELATIONSHIPS WITH MEDIA CONTACTS AND INDUSTRY INFLUENCERS TO BOOST VISIBILITY.
- Assist in the planning and execution of high-profile events and media appearances.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AI tools, and project management platforms.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing demands.
