Senior Manager, Sales Enablement Specialist

We offer a flexible and hybrid work environment, allowing you to work from our Toronto office or remotely from home. You'll work regular business hours, Monday through Friday, with flexibility around start/end times.
About the Role:
We're seeking a proactive and strategic leader with a strong background in sales enablement. You'll design and implement training programs, manage change initiatives, and ensure smooth transitions during product updates or process changes.

You're a people leader at Peoples Trust, with a strength-based, engagement-focused, and performance-oriented approach. You excel in managing teams, prioritizing tasks, and delivering results within deadlines.
About the Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles.
- 5+ years of leading teams in a professional setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, with a deep understanding of how to leverage these tools to enhance sales performance.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and delivering results within deadlines.
- Experience leading change management initiatives and managing transitions smoothly within an organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving processes.
About the Day-to-Day:
- Work closely with the Client Experience Strategy team to define product's role in client experience execution.
- Act as the first point of contact for product-related interactions with the Sales and Client Management teams.
- Design and implement training programs for sales teams to enhance product knowledge.
- Work closely with the Client Experience team to execute on and understand CRM requirements.
- Develop and guide Product Owners within your area in their professional journey.
- Manage, motivate, and develop direct reports through ongoing performance development.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive annual salary, plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $125,000 and $140,000 per year, depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the chosen candidate.
