Financial Operations Analyst

Canduct Industries is a renowned manufacturer of electrical insulation products used in cooling systems for oil-cooled transformers. The company seeks a skilled Jr. Accountant to join its team in London, Ontario.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary of $60,000. Job DescriptionThis full-time position involves various responsibilities, including reconciliation and overall responsibility for assigned general ledger accounts, investigation of variances and unusual items, and intercompany function management. The Jr. Accountant will also be responsible for fixed expenses analysis and monitoring, creation and posting of month-end entries, and daily/periodic reports distribution.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, candidates should possess 2-3 years of finance experience, a diploma in Accounting or Finance, strong working knowledge of general accounting, and previous experience in intercompany transactions/reconciliations. Proficiency in using ERP accounting software, Excel skills, and analytical thinking are also essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
