Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at MODEL NAILS. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents: Utilize MS Word to create professional-looking documents, including letters, memos, and reports.
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases: Analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement using MS Excel.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically: Sort, distribute, and manage mail and packages in a timely manner.
  • Send and receive messages: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors using various messaging platforms.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks: Record financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, and maintain accurate records.
  • Compile data, statistics and other information: Gather and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Prepare invoices and bank deposits: Create and submit invoices, as well as process bank deposits and payments.
  • Provide general information to clients and the public: Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory: Procure necessary supplies and materials, and manage inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve processes and services.
  • Perform data entry: Accurately enter data into databases and spreadsheets to maintain accurate records.
  • Provide customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
  • Organize and schedule office work: Coordinate tasks, set priorities, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
  • Language: English
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week
