Job Title: Store Manager/Assistant Manager

About the Role:

The Store Manager/Assistant Manager is a key member of the Pantorama 1850 team, responsible for leading the store to achieve sales objectives and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a good sense of organization, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the team to achieve sales objectives and sales standards
  • Establish priorities and distribute tasks among team members
  • Participate in recruitment and training of team members
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Participate in visual presentation to maintain a clean and welcoming environment

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in sales management
  • Bilingualism, an asset
  • 40 hours per week

Assistant Manager:

The Assistant Manager works in collaboration with the Store Manager, leading and guiding the team to achieve sales objectives and sales standards. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, the ability to motivate and develop their team, and a good sense of organization.
