About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships, and contributing to the Branch's targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support
  • Process day-to-day transactions and identify sales opportunities
