Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Super 8 by Wyndham. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Room Reservations: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
