We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Bookkeeper / Property Administrator to join our team at 4Sight Search Solutions Inc.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with extensive experience in bookkeeping, administrative duties, and property management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Spectra Property Management software (or Yardi/similar) and excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and typing proficiency. Prior experience working with major online banking platforms is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative duties, including receptionist responsibilities, such as answering phone calls, receiving/sending/sorting mail and couriers, welcoming visitors, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, involving data entry, payment processing, and other various bookkeeping duties.
  • Daily banking requirements, including reconciliations and statement reviews.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems and administration files.
  • Assist with document preparation, including copying and formatting.
  • Tenant relations, contractor relations, and trade issue resolution.
  • Update tenant databases with incoming and outgoing tenants and enter any key tenant information.
Requirements
  • 12 years of bookkeeping and administrative experience, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
  • Spectra Property Management software (or Yardi/similar) experience is essential.
  • Capable computer knowledge, including MS Office and typing skills.
  • Prior use of a major online banking platform.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience and aptitude, with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, while contributing to a small and focused team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to ongoing requirements.
  • Professionalism, trustworthiness, and respect for confidentiality are critical.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
