Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team. As an RPN at MyHealth Centre, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality medical care to our patients.


Responsibilities:



  • Conduct medical tasks delegated by attending physicians.
  • Ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document care services.
  • Perform vital sign checks and take patient medical histories.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you must have:



  • A valid Registration Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • 0-2 years of related experience in healthcare.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general medicine and ability to function effectively in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records.
  • A strong commitment to ongoing education and training.
