About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Englobe. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the achievement of our business objectives by providing expert HR guidance and assistance to our managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. HR Expertise and Support: Provide managers with HR expertise and assistance in people management within a changing environment, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  2. Program Development and Implementation: Participate with HR colleagues to develop programs and solutions adapted to our business needs and internal customers' specific requirements, driving HR compliance and consistency of HR practices and policies.
  3. Talent Acquisition and Management: Fully manage the entirety of the talent acquisition life cycle, including working closely with internal clients to determine HR needs, assisting and guiding them in writing and editing job descriptions, monitoring and analyzing applicants, and participating in pre-screens, interviews, and due diligence checks.
  4. Workforce Planning and Development: Support management for workforce planning, identify development needs for people in your client group, and participate in talents identification programs and succession plans.
  5. Employee Relations and Coaching: Provide coaching and counsel to management on general employee relations, including disciplinary and performance issues, and ensure continuous understanding of employees and management needs and recommend appropriate solutions and actions to resolve situations.
Requirements
  1. Bilingualism (French): Mandatory.
  2. Excellent English Oral and Writing Skills: Required.
  3. Minimum Three (3) Years in an HR Client Service Facing Position: Experience in recruitment activities is an asset.
  4. Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management: Required.
  5. Knowledge of Employment Standards Acts, Human Rights, Labour Laws, and Health and Safety: Essential.
  6. Member of the Chartered Human Resources Profession (or CPHR Candidate): An asset.
  7. Strong Sense and Enjoyment in Continuous Learning, Fact-Finding, and Multi-Tasking: Required.
  8. Demonstrated Sensitivity and Consideration for Occupational Health and Safety: Essential.
