Human Resources Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our employees and management team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to employees
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Administer benefits, payroll, and leave programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement organizational development initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Three years of professional-level experience in Human Resources
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid class 5 driver's license as issued by the Province of New Brunswick
- Written and spoken competence in English
