Job Title: Human Resource and Internal Communications Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource and Internal Communications Advisor to join our team at the Department of Tourism, Heritage and Culture. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our organization on all aspects of human resources and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective human resources strategies and programs to support the achievement of our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on human resources matters, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Design and deliver internal communications programs to engage and inform employees, promote organizational values and culture, and enhance employee understanding of our mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives, including communications plans and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Three (3) years of professional-level experience in human resources, with a focus on internal communications and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license as issued by the Province of New Brunswick.
