Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at ARLYN TRANSPORTATION INC. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide critical support to our operations by overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and preparation of reports.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information legislation.
  • Coordinate office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Assist in budget planning and maintain inventory controls.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administration preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheet software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • 33 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
